The design package will include everything that your landscaper needs to create the project in accordance with the design. This typically consists of:

• Drawings
• Specifications
• Plant lists

together with setting out information and quantities.

Once you have paid for the design you hold title to it and are free to commission a landscaper to build the project. We also frequently, supervise the construction of the project, at nominal cost, should you require.

And should you require us to carry out the works ourselves, then all of the design and supervisory costs will be fully discounted against the cost of the project.

In the longer term we can also quote for any subsequent maintenance requirements.
